a community of monks and craftsmen

We take pride in both the process and outcomes of our work. Through the use of time-tested techniques and quality materials, we use our hands to express the monastic values of simplicity, integrity, reverence and beauty. The fact that furniture we built over 90 years ago is still in daily use is a testament to the craftsmanship of our products.

As a shop of experienced craftsmen, we are able shift gears and take on a wide variety of woodworking projects. Everything from chairs, to doors, to beds, to tables, to things yet to be imagined. We know the joys of working with solid wood and we look to share this joy with those who use our furniture.
